Most Home Stagers charge over $150 just for a consultation & then a few hundred or more for each visit after that. Some even charge per hour! A good home staging project should not take more than 3 or 4 days. As a homeowner/client you are responsible to reimburse your Home Stager for any expenses paid towards items needed to stage your home like furniture, decor, etc. SO... as you are adding all this in your head, you can imagine that home staging can cost a lot of money, especially if you already know that your home is very outdated & needs a lot of work.
I like to keep things simple & a lot LESS expensive. I do everything that I can to use your existing decor & furniture. If I do need to buy new things I will do my best to shop on a penny & stick to a low budget that will be discussed in the consultation visit. This does not need to cost a lot of money. I'm very good at finding 'treasures' at discounted & used stores. I love upcycling & refurbishing. Plus what I find is yours to keep. Who wouldn't love a few new decorations for the new home you are searching for?!

*Prices are based off my basic 'Plan Of Action', 'To Do' list, & 'Get Out Fast' Plan which you can learn about in a free, no obligation consultation. They also include but are not limited to: travel (gas), shopping time, service/labor hours, working from home on plan & ideas, organizing, etc. If more help is needed in other specific areas then more fees may be applied; you will be made aware of these beforehand so there are NO surprises. Of course this is very unlikely :) My plans are so simple!
